Your government wants to "streamline" the Hanlon expressway by building
three large interchanges, reducing access points and eliminating some
traffic signals. It sounds efficient. It also could be disruptive and
damaging to the health and well-being of Guelph citizens and to the
natural landscape surrounding the proposed construction.
We have a problem.
